Savoie Technolac Science and Technology Park extends over an area of 85 hectares. An expansion programme currently underway will see the park almost double in size with the addition of an extra 70 hectares over the coming 5 years. We have a diverse land and buildings portfolio capable of providing flexible solutions to your business or research accommodation requirements.

A range of office units can be leased along with multi-purpose facilities as required (i.e. with adjacent workshops to a height of 3 or 6 metres) and attractively priced office space within the park's incubation unit is also available. A variety of leasing or rental options is possible depending on the buildings, including the option of commercial leases of 3, 6 or 9 years, and again, special offers are available for short duration rentals. It is also possible for an inward bound new business venture to rent incubator space for a short period in order to ‘explore’ the potential of the European market for their idea.
